  So this court case that i am dealing with is crystal clear as day to the point. In the begining i was made to feel very confident but over the months to come i would realize i made a terrible decision. I am dealing with a DV case against my ex who lied out her ass, told the truth than went back and fourth multiple.times because she is an angry drug addict. Over the months i i would constantly have to remind Mr. Kombol about things. People, key witnesses, dates, so on and so on. I did more work in this case than he did. He made alot of promises he could not and did not evem try to follow through with and unfortunatly because of the lack of effort i really did reallize how screwed up the justice system really is. The prosecuting attorney was caught lieing time after time after time and i would look to barry to right her wrongs just to be left with nothing and facing jail time. I wanted this case to go to trial but barrys exact words were you dont want this to go to trial, as much as she has lied, as much as she is willing to lie you will get a bias jurry and loose in trial. Which i dont think would of happened at all. The fact i have a written statement of my ex telling the truth, her parents on my side as well, i felt like i lost hope because of trusting my freedom with this man He rold me to take the plea deal, which his exact words were 2 or 3 classes thats it and i made him promise up and down thats all i would have to take. Now here i am.the owner of a succesful business, 28 years old with classes i have to take for a year almost 4 times a week. Instead of corecting his wrongs, he lied lied and lied, made promise after promise he couldnt full fill and now i have a violation hearing because i can not keep up with the amount of classes im supposed to take weekly and run a succesful business. I am not happy, this was the first time in my life i ever would have needed any services like this and i regret it so much i chose him Im sure he is good with some things but following his word is not one od them. The one and only thing he did was start a new business for me because my ex was destroying my old business i did not pay him the rest that was owed because he lied and hurt my case evem more. I only owe i think at the most 1800 bucks if that.. sorry barry but i trusted you. And now my freedom is at stake because you lied time after time to meand didnt once follow through with your word.
